FAQs
How many images do you deliver?
I deliver all the best images from the entire day minus any duplicates, eyes-closed or super unflattering moments. Your gallery is curated to showcase the best parts and moments of the day while removing any distractions. On average I deliver about 75 images per hour.
Do you have emergency plans?
Absolutely! Your day is far too important to let anything happen to it. I have a contact list of associates who are all more than qualified should the worst case scenario happen. I also carry insurance up to 1 million dollars on any event.
How long before we get our images?
Your contract will outline exact delivery expectations though during my busy season (May-September) you can expect 6-8 weeks for delivery.
How do you handle shy couples?
I get it! No one likes being in front of the camera. Or very few people do. My job is to help you relax and forget the awkwardness. Which is why I help direct you into position and give prompts all while complimenting you. You’ll feel like a rockstar.
Can we have the RAWs?
Just like you’re not asking a baker for the ingredients to the cake you buy, I don’t offer unfinished products.
Do you offer timeline assistance?
I’m happy to help advise you and answer questions so you can make the best decisions for your day. I will send a questionnaire about a month before your wedding as well as schedule a final meeting.
