Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve been banned from sending holiday cards because I may have struggled a few years to actually get them made….and out. So when planning holiday mini sessions, I wanted to make it super easy, one stop. This year, mini sessions will include 25 printed postcards and the envelopes! All you have to do is address them and mail em!!! I have faith you can handle it.
Sessions will be held at a park in Tracy with beautiful tree lined walkways! Lasting just 15 mins, they are perfect to get those quick images for your immediate family before they melt down. Included are the 5 images needed for your holiday card, with the option to purchase more.

The Fine Print
Who?
For you and your immediate family. Sessions are short and we only need 5 images for your photo card so the more people, the harder it will be to make your selections! For this reason, this is limited to 5 people. Larger groups are best served with a full session where we have time to devote to more groupings! All participants must be listed on the contract and only participants listed will be photographed.
Where?
We'll be shooting at one of my favorite local parks in Tracy, featuring a tree lined walkway as well as wide open paths and big beautiful trees. Fair warning, there is a playground, so come prepared to either burn off energy before or after with the young ones! I will include the address to the location with your finalized contract.
What?
Join me for a 15-minute mini photo session, designed to capture the joy and warmth of the holidays. You'll receive 5 edited digital images to be used in the design for your 25 printed holiday cards with envelopes.
How?
To book your session, simply visit here, choose your preferred time slot, sign the contract and pay the non-refundable retainer. After the session, you'll receive a link to your private online gallery within a week where you can select your 5 images for your card design as well as purchase any others you may fall in love with.
When?
Available on select dates in September and October. Spots are limited, so be sure to book early! Mini sessions are scheduled early to avoid weather issues and to guarantee delivery of printed materials before Thanksgiving.
Why?
It’s a cliche because it’s true, the time will slip by faster than you realize it. I mean, didn’t this year JUST start, how are we already starting holiday planning? Take a few mins, to come hang out with me, giggle a little with your loved ones and let me take the stress of ordering your holiday cards.

How many images are included?
5 digital images professionally edited and to be used for your holiday card design. Additional images can be purchased for $25/each. A week after your session, you will be emailed a private online gallery to choose your 5 included images as well as any additional images and gifts.
We got sick! Can we reschedule!?!
I’m sorry, mini sessions are done back-to-back on limited dates. At this time I do not have a make-up time on my calendar. Your retainer is non-refundable, and should an emergency occur, I will refund any other payments made or apply the balance to a future session to be used within one calendar year.
I missed my deadline to pick my images?
I will try to give you as much time as you need to make your selections while also still being mindful of lead times with my printer and shipping your products to you. However, should the deadline pass, I will choose the 5 best images that fit best with your chosen holiday card design to place the order.
Can Grandma jump in for one photo?
I get it! I do, it’s so hard to find a photographer, get a date on the calendar AND get everyone there to participate. Unfortunately for insurance and liability purposes, only people listed on the contract can be photographed.
